• • An advance payment should be made at the time of confirmation of the reservation for both FIT and GIT.
• • Complete payment should be made at least 30 days before the day of the tour for the GIT bookings
• • In case of a booking that occurs with less than 30 days remaining before the tour date, the payment would be im-mediate.
• • Cancellation Policy : If a cancellation is made between 20-15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be forfeited. If the cancellation is done less than 15 days before arrival, then the full amount will be forfeited. Any cancellation during the Peak period, (from 23rd December to 3rd January) 30-45 days prior to arrival, 50% will be forfeited & less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount wll be forfeited.
