Among the multiple routes available for you to travel, the Mysore-Bandipur-Sulthan Bathery route is the best option to reach Jeevess. This route will take you through the Bandipur Tiger Reserve Forest in Karnataka along with Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary in Kerala leading to Wayanad with an approximate distance 334 km to Vythiry.
- Get ready for the visual feast of nature while moving through the forest, being enchanted by the stillness of it. The second largest wildlife sanctuary in Kerala named Muthanga that shares the borders with Tamil Nadu and Karnataka awaits you there. Muthanga is renowned for its elephant sanctuary. Apart from elephants, you will observe Bison, Tigers and Deer in this forest.
- Once you enter Vythiri, the hometown of Jeevess, you will experience the welcoming climate. The short journey from Vythiri takes you to Jeevess through a route blended with beautiful forest and tea estates and few coffee plantations. You can see a few plantation employees and there are just a handful of families who live nearby. As you slowly drive along the path, watching small water fountains, streams, archaic coffee trees, you might get a surprise welcome by birds, deer or peacocks.
